For our last day and a half in Bangkok we didn't do a whole lot. We hit the Bangkok Night Bazaar for some last minute shopping. On our last day we went to the Bangkok Snake Farm. This snake farm was the second snake farm created in the world. It was created due to the the fatalities and injuries of people bitten by the many species of venomous snakes (over 60 different species) in Thailand. It was very interesting and it made me very glad that I live in Alaska where there are no snakes. We were lucky to be there at the time of the "milking" of the snakes. During our showing they milked seven snakes for the venom and only got a little amount.

After that we took the kids to see Avatar in 3D at the IMAX theater in Bangkok. Wow, what a movie and it sure was great to see it in the IMAX theater.
